We live in Canon City and our mattress was delivered in 48 hours. We sleep better than ever and are are happy we are not sleeping on chemicals for 8 hours. Thanks for your good help! On May 29,2010, I purchased a Classic Plush Queen mattress and Classic Foundation, and although my purchase was relatively small, Walt and his son took a lot of time and were very helpful to me. I had not bought a bed in decades and only knew what I had learned from Consumer Reports, so I needed their advice. I am very pleased with my new bed and have already recommended the Highlands Ranch store to a lady named Sherrian who is shopping for a bed; her husband has a bad back. Thanks again!

Thanks for a great sales experience! This was one of the best sales experiences of my life! Annie was delightful, and everything she told me about the manufacture and composition of the beds was in line with all of the research I had done prior to coming in. There was no pressure; everything was explained clearly and up front; and the mattress was delivered at the very start of the delivery window--actually, ten minutes early. Omar and Chaffee were wonderful, and wrestled out the old mattress through a very narrow and inconvenient space with smiles on their faces. It is evident that Urban Mattress adheres to its stated code of ethics and values. And I love my new mattress! (eComfort 1)

This Memorial Day find is too good to keep to ourselves! This morning we set out to have a great Memorial Day. We slept in late...on our "not so comfortable sinking mattress", had our morning coffee and then we were off to the Denver Arts District and the Memorial Day art exhibits on the 16th Street Mall and the Denver Pavillions. After seeing an array of beautiful works of art we were on our way home to Highlands Ranch via Broadway when the topic of our "not so comfortable sinking mattress" came up. ... We were on our way to another store near Park Meadows and missed our turn. As we were turning around we spotted a small, understated mattress store at the Northeast corner of Yosemite and County Line Rd called "Urban Mattress" and decided to check them out. We were so glad we did! When we walked in we were not greeted by the typical overly agressive vulture-like sales person. Instead we were allowed to inspect mattresses on our own with a polite offer to help if we had any questions.The first thing we noticed was the polite and very helpful sales person. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered our questions and then pointed out the fact that Urban Mattress was a locally owned company dedicated to two important causes; giving back to the community and providing an eco friendly, quality product at a very reasonable price. ... Many of their mattresses are eco friendly and made of natural products. You will be very impressed with their products, prices and cause! Delivery? How about tomorrow?...and FREE DELIVERY...Always! And our old mattress? ...It may go to a family in need! Stop by the store for details in nominating a needy family for a mattress donation! Gotta love these great people and their wonderful company! We are huge fans!

Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for your phenomenal customer service and awesome bed!! Just got the bed delivered, and it looks great. Love the little "sweet dreams" touch. I just wanted to thank you so much for the amazing customer service. I brought my box spring in last night because it was so squeaky and on the way it fell off the top of my car. I really appreciate you replacing the box spring in its condition. I slept amazing last night and no loud squeaks when I move.
